At Icinghouse, we start with a dark, moist devil’s
food chocolate cake layered with real Belgian chocolate buttercream
and covered with almond-rich marzipan – a fantastic combination
of flavours already! There follows a thick layer of wickedly rich
ganache ( a heavenly, silky sauce of Belgian chocolate and fresh
double cream), or a delicious covering of smooth chocolate paste.
Finally, the decorations. Dark, milk or white chocolate curls,
