Flowers are my passion, and it's a privilege

from sugar. I can create floral decorations for your cake to mirror
a wedding bouquet, if you wish, or produce a spray of favourite
flowers for a special occasion cake. Virtually anything that nature
can grow can be recreated in sugar to stunning effect and, with
care, sprays of sugar flowers can be kept for years as a memento
of your special day.

Orchids are indeed the most beautiful flowers with which to decorate a wedding cake. The range of colours, shapes and dazzling markings is virtually limitless, and all can be recreated to stunning effect in sugar. All the orchids in the pictures below were hand made to match the bridal flowers.
